I have the bulk of the order to my wife, and saved a few to sample for myself. She has been using the var at 10mg for about three weeks now and we can both see the results. She has lost about 5 lbs and her strength is incredible. She's no power lifter mind you, but she has a lot more gas in her tank to say the least lol. She gets cramps occasionally, but that is to be expected with good var.
